Planning fees: Quoted according to the length and complexity of the trip or retreat. The scope, fee and included work are confirmed before detailed planning begins.

What to know before you send an enquiry
The programs featured on the website provide a starting point with established destinations and themes. Custom itineraries allows the route, duration, accommodation and experiences to be developed around your requirements.
We recommend beginning the planning process at least three months before your intended travel date. Earlier planning provides more choice of accommodation, guides and specialist experiences, and may also offer access to better rates. More time is advisable for peak travel periods and larger groups.
Yes. If you already have destinations, accommodation or part of the itinerary in mind, we can review these and develop the remaining program around them.
Please include any special requirements in your enquiry. We will discuss what can be accommodated with the relevant properties and service providers before confirming the program.
Yes. A planning deposit is required before we begin researching and developing your program. If you proceed with the trip, the deposit is normally applied toward the total cost. If you decide not to proceed, the deposit is non-refundable because it covers the planning work already undertaken. The amount and payment terms will be provided before you confirm.
Changes are subject to availability and may involve additional planning or service costs. Cancellation fees are based on when you cancel and the services already confirmed. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details.
